Red Sky’s brand new Seasonal White Asparagus menu has arrived – with a range of delicious, fresh and healthy dishes available from now until May in Bangkok.

 

Created by Chef de Cuisine, Christian Ham, you can try this vitamin-packed vegetable in a number of ways, such as the poached asparagus with light citrus sabayon; silky asparagus soup with truffle poached organic duck egg; pan-seared foie gras and asparagus with red wine sauce and hazelnut salad; or boiled asparagus with macadamia nut and balsamic dressing.

Poached asparagus, light citrus sabayon

 

Poached asparagus, mimosa dressing, pesto and crunchy vegetables

 

Silky asparagus soup, truffle poached organic duck egg, parsley coulis

 

Asparagus meunière, sun-dried tomatoes, roquette, red wine sauce

 

Pan-seared foie gras and asparagus, red wine sauce and hazelnut salad

 

Asparagus fricassée, truffle and parmesan bouillon
